Who's There?

Mom only had to work until three today so Aunt Kati came over to spend some time with Logan while she(Kate) was doing laundry at Nana's. Logan is so fun to watch around my sister and I. We look enough alike that he just gets this really confused look on his face. He was a sour puss today but one thing is for sure....he loves his Aunt Kate! She even watched him while mommy ran errands!

Well it has been a crazy week and the weekend is no better! This morning Logan slept until 7:15. What a treat for mommy! Then we ran down to a craft showto support Nana and her mission trip fundraising. Then it was back to the house to take My cousin's little girls pics. I took the dog to the vet while Logan napped. There was just enough time to get a nap in before lunch and the Piggies and Paws party at Abbys.

My goodness the Piggies and Paws are sooooo cute. They take your childs foot or handprints then turn them into wallart. I will post a pic when I get mine. I will be having a party in late January/early February so let me know ifyou are interested and want an invite!

Fall Zoo Day

Yesterday we took advantage of the 75 degree November weather and took the kids to the zoo. We hada great time as always. The female lioness hasbeen off exhibit for about a month and a half and we'vebeen wondering why. On Sept. 28th she had a cub! They have a live camera set up in her den so you can watch her and the cub...too cool!

The kids got to pet a hairless rat named Daphne at animal encounter. They weren't scared at all, as usual! It was beautiful day with great friends!

Zach Brown Band

Here's a pic from the concert. We didn't stay the entire time. It had its good moments butI really wasn't impressed with the guys that opened for them. We had a good time at least and the boys had fun with Nana and Papa.

Fun news to share...Mommy and Daddy are having a date night going to go see Zach Brown Band. Aunt Kati and her boyfriend are coming too! Nana and Papa are watching the boys. Logan has been so wired today. He is either laughing or screaming and throwing a fit. These teeth coming in are evil! His poor gums were
bleeding this morning. I don't blame the kiddo one bit. Hope every has a great night!

Yesterday we had a playdate with Payton. It was too windy to do anything fun outside so we just stayed in! Today Payton came over while Abby had an appt. then Steve and I went to Wichita for a little Mommy/daddy time. We had a great lunch at On the Border, picked up our wedding rings that were being repaired, went and got our feet done(Steve's first time!) then I had a hair cut. It wasa great little pamper day.

Logan is getting eight, yes you read right EIGHT teeth in all at once. He'll be happy one minute then crying the next. I have never seen him this cranky. I keep trying to stay positive. Mabye he will get them all in then not have teething crankiness for quite awhile. I think the next month might be HELL though!
