We had a great time with AJ this weekend. As always in the Airforce....some body screwed up so his whole squadron was punished with base lockdown. It sucked. We were looking forward to getting him off base, having a nice dinner, swimming in the pool and playing cards until the wee hours of the morning. On the bright side we did get to play cards, got to meet some of his friends and since we didn't stay at the base late last night we went back early this morning to have breakfast with him before driving home. Logan picked right back up with him like it hadn't even been a week since he'd seen him last.
I'm so proud of him for making this commitment and I know we will have lots of fun vacations coming to see all the fun places he is going to go!
